# Fund Wallet and Deposit ## Overview Moonwell has integrated [**Thirdweb’s Universal Bridge**](https://thirdweb.com/connect/universal-bridge) on Base and OP Mainnet to make adding funds and depositing into Moonwell Vaults faster, easier, and more intuitive. Universal Bridge is a payment system that lets anyone **buy or transfer crypto directly within the Moonwell app.** It removes the need for third-party exchanges, bridges, or onramps by handling payments and cross-chain transfers automatically in the background — no need to worry about which network your funds are on, Universal Bridge takes care of it for you. With this integration, you can now fund their wallets and deposit into any [**Moonwell Vault**](https://moonwell.fi/vaults) (ETH, USDC, cbBTC, EURC) in a single, seamless flow. ## Features Moonwell now supports two key user experiences powered by Universal Bridge: ### **On-Demand Funding During Deposit** If you attempt to deposit into a Moonwell Vault but don’t have enough funds to cover the deposit, the app will trigger Thirdweb’s funding modal. This lets you instantly **pay with crypto or card on the spot** to cover the shortfall — completing both the onramp and deposit in a single transaction.
### **Direct Wallet Top-Ups** Use the “**Add Funds**” (or “**Fund Wallet**”) option from the settings menu in the Moonwell app to top-up your onchain wallet. This lets you buy crypto or transfer it from another network — all within the Moonwell app.
