Bridge WELL between Base and Moonbeam
The WELL token on Base is an asset that has been wrapped and bridged through Wormhole. Wormhole allows for seamless interoperability between different blockchains, including Base and Moonbeam.
Wormhole: Bridging WELL from Base to Moonbeam
Follow these steps to bridge your tokens from Base to Moonbeam:
Step 1: Access the Wormhole Portal Bridge
Start by navigating to the Wormhole Portal Bridge. You can find this by visiting Wormhole Portal Bridge.
Step 2: Set Source and Target
Select "Source" as Base and "Target" as Moonbeam. Once the source and target chains are accurately defined, proceed to connect your wallet by clicking on "CONNECT."
Step 3: Select WELL Token
After your wallet is connected and the source and target chains are set, select "SELECT A TOKEN". From the list of available tokens, select WELL. If the token does not auto-populate in the token list, you will need to manually add the token by entering the token address.

Step 4: Enter Transfer Amount
Specify the amount of WELL tokens you want to bridge from Base to Moonbeam. After entering the desired token amount, click "NEXT" to proceed.
Step 5: Network Switch
You will be prompted to switch networks within your wallet from Base to Moonbeam. Once you've completed the necessary switch, click "NEXT" again to continue.
Step 6: Token Approval
At this stage, you will now be prompted to change your wallet's network back to Base. Then, click "APPROVE (number of tokens) TOKENS", and confirm the transaction in your wallet.
Step 7: Execute Transfer
After approving the tokens for transfer, commence the transfer by clicking "TRANSFER" and confirm the transaction in your wallet.
Step 8: Wait
Allow some time for the transfer to complete.
Step 9: Redeem Tokens
When the transfer is complete you will be prompted to change the network from Base to Moonbeam. Then, click "REDEEM" to receive your tokens on the target chain, Moonbeam.
To verify the receipt of your tokens on Moonbeam, you can visit Moonscan and check the token balance in your wallet.

Follow these steps to bridge your tokens from Moonbeam to Base:
Step 1: Access the Wormhole Portal Bridge
Start by navigating to the Wormhole Portal Bridge. You can find this by visiting Wormhole Portal Bridge.
Step 2: Set Source and Target
Select "Source" as Moonbeam and "Target" as Base. Once the source and target chains are accurately defined, proceed to connect your wallet by clicking on "CONNECT."
Step 3: Select WELL Token
After your wallet is connected and the source and target chains are set, select "SELECT A TOKEN". From the list of available tokens, select WELL. If the token does not auto-populate in the token list, you will need to manually add the token by entering the token address.

Specify the amount of WELL tokens you want to bridge from Moonbeam to Base. After entering the desired token amount, click "NEXT" to proceed.
